Avocados were one of Josiah's first baby foods. When I give some to Gabriella Josiah occasionally asks for a taste and says "I don't know how I ever liked those!"
Last night we made homemade guacamole. He tried one timid bite then asked for more, then more again. We finished the rest off tonight for dinner with chips. Josiah said that when he grows up he wants to be a chef run a restaurant where everything contains guacamole. Guacamole bread, guacamole soup, pasta with guacamole sauce, and pasta stuffed with guacamole. Maybe I have tainted taste buds, but it all sounded really good to me. Yum.
